IN THE MONEY

On day five of the Oasis Open Poker tournament in Mesquite NV we finally made into the money. After over eight hours of play we capture 7th place that made us very proud of the way we played. This event is held twice a years and every year this event has set new records for the number of player. This tournament has a nice mix of different type of poker games that help intice all different types of players. The Oasis Open is known for treating its player with extras that other casino poker rooms do not. These were the comment I heard from player for six days about how well the poker room was treating them. Jan fisher from Card Player Cruises was the official host and she does an excellent job of promoting and directing poker tournament. We had planned an live interview with her but unfotunately our audio server was down so we all really missed out and I am very sorry this happen but it was out of my control. Hopeful in the new future we will hear from Jan and pass on to you some of her poker knowledge to you. Mesquite is only 75 miles north of Las Vegas and many player come here to our quiet town to get away from the rat race of the big city and relax and enjoy the quiet and peaceful small town serenity. Locally we have four tournament a week they are helded on Sunday (3PM),Monday, Wednesday and Thursday (6PM) PST.
